Here’s why you have been failing at SEO and PPC
Google are at war with web SPAMers, Scammers and black hat crooks. They always have been and always will be.
There’s been a continual cycle of algorithm changes and black hot foolery going on, which hinders Google from doing its job “delivering the most relevant search results to the user”.
The same applies to PPC Pay Per Click advertising. If you’ve seen your CTR cost SHOOT OUT OF CONTROL it is because people are panicing and con men are trying to pay their way in to favour. This doesn’t work for long with Google.
Lazy people who try to trick the system by using HyperVRE Adsense pages and auto content generation systems, are on a hiding to nothing.

The Polite Street Mugger

they highlighted how well Eric Schmidt was doing at Google, with revenue over $21 Billion dollars ($5.19 billion this quarter projected out).
Going head to head with Microsoft, Google were finally winning because they were the “nice guys” who promoted the concept of exportable (and hence strangely importable, shareable and exchangeable in to them) data.
