The Warrior forum has now been locked.

I thought Hollis Carter was one of the good guys at ViralFX but his PR response is in direct opposition to the facts.

I have emails from both Keith Wellman and Hollis Carter himself, communicating about the private forum and the issues several people were experiencing. Plus Hollis Carter rang me personally on the 3rd with a similar support staff issue.

The emails are dated 3rd of May 2008.

Hollis’s response above in the Warrior forum was dated 19th of May 2008.
Were they both abducted by aliens for 16 days?

Keith’s response in the private forum are also well before this date of Keith Wellman having “NO idea it is going on”

I don’t think I need to say out load what this means!

Also we seem to have gone from an alleged 1% to Hollis’s maths of 10% of not so happy customers

This is totally out of order and unnecessary.
There was no need for this lame PR smooth over.
All they ever had to do was say “sorry” and yet they continue to try and do damage limitation by any means.

I feel really sick in the stomach that integrity is now sacrificed. This is no longer just hiding from the truth.

Even Mr Wellman senior (Jeff) commented on the (now locked) Warrior thread.

Why can’t people just admit the truth and say “sorry”
How hard can that be, compared to these alternatives ?!
