Today Keith Wellman finally personally responded to a second thread in the Warrior forum.
It’s likely to get locked or deleted as it’s getting pretty tacky now. But I feel you can see Keith’s true colours in his own reply.
I’m still flabbergasted as to why 19 refunds out of 803 is such an issue for him. In statistical terms, it’s a very good retention rate. So why spoil his business professionalism by being so reactionary? All he ever had to do was say “sorry” and issue 19 refunds.
If it really is 19 out of 803, what is the big deal about $10K in $400,000?
Who does that help? Who does that protect? What is the real problem?

    A couple of other things;

    The people listed here are only those who have spoken out on the Warrior forum itself.
    In the private forum there are several more members and not every one on Warrior ishas joined the private forum either.

    He says “we refunded you anyways” yet only 1 in 16 have received their refund.

    “You think you can just bash good marketers because you don’t get what you want.”
    Well why didn’t they get what they wanted? Were they expecting what you told them, or something else?

    “conditional refund policy”
    So why was that then?

    Distance selling regulations and laws in many states and countries make conditional refunds illegal.
    Why did it need to be “conditional” anyway? What was the benefit of that and to whom?

    “GET A LIFE” seems to be one of Keith’s favorite sayings. I don’t find that particularly motivational myself, but maybe that’s just me. Yes?

    I’d really hoped to be reporting by now that all the people in the private forum who wanted refunds, had them in their bank accounts by now.

    I’d really hoped to be reporting by now that Keith Wellman would have said SORRY by now and given hope to his remaining members with a remedy plan of action by now.

    I’d really hoped to be reporting by now that the Warrior forum threads weren’t resorting to school playground name calling and trying to label the refund seekers as lazy “losers” who just “don’t get it”.

    Is getting your IM chums to rally round and say how stupid customers are, the best way of showing your own karma and ethics?

    Most of all, one would hope that a business leader, someone who says he can lead people to multi-millionaire-ship and on-line success, someone who was capable of not coming across erm. in the way he does?

    The issue with “hope” is it is not real “yet”.

    If anyone can shed any light on why Kieth Wellman needs to retain a 100% zero refunds statistic, I would love to here it.
    If there are only 19 refunds out of 803, that’s only $10K out of $400,000.
    For a supposedly multi-millionaire even before AutoPilotFX, why are these 19 refunds giving Keith Wellman such a gnaw in his throat?

    Apparently I am a lazy loser who doesn’t get it. So if someone can explain that to me?

    OK well I’ve tried what I can to resolve the situation with Keith Wellman by discussion.

    The time now is just for action and the words are over.

    Wellman probably thinks his policy of blanking and stonewalling will win.
    What he doesn’t seem to appreciate is the conviction that even a small group can have.

    The only difference is now instead of words, we use action.

    Today Susannas received their refund from Keith Wellman of FX Marketing Inc back on their credit card.

    Meantime, others also promised a refund, get the standard fob off responses when they try to progress theirs.

    But so far 2 refunds. $1,000 out of $400,000.

    Hi, I’m new to this forum and I’d like to add my frustrations as well as all the other posts I’ve witnessed. It’s now June 17, 2008 and I have requested a refund several times and still no communication.

    I was first approached (through e-mail of course) by Mike Filsaimes endorcement of Keith Wellmans new zezweb package. I thought this would be a good way for my son to start an internet business. I’ve been purchasing products on the internet for many years and this is the first time I’ve gotten burned/ripped-off (I must be lucky).

    I’ve posted support tickets, e-mailed “justaskkeith.com” (ask him what?… he doesn’t reply) and out of complete desparation e-mailed his no-reply because I knew I’d get no reply! Anyway, I’ve never seen this kind of lack-of-response from a professional… did I say professional?… I must have been thinking about how Mike Filsaime would have handled this.

    Please add me to your list of (how many people asked for refunds?)

    It’s 06/20/08 @ 12:21 EST and believe this or not, I just had a personal phone call from Keith Wellman saying that he will be refunding my $497.00 for VIP AutoPilot Profits Plus System.

    I thought I’d ask a very pertinent question to Keith about what really was the problem with this whole debacle? His comment was that they (FX Marketing) had many issues and he didn’t want to bore me with the deatails. I said ok and charge back my credit card please. He agreed and it only took less than 1 minute. whow!

    I don’t know if this forum was the nudge he needed or not, but thanks Peter and everyone else for sticking to your guns… it’s much appreciated.

    I have submitted also this Saturday 21st June 2008 to “Ripoff Report” my frustration about “Keith Wellman” and it seems that I am not the only one unfortunately and probably many did not even yet heard about this private forum.

    To make it simple:
    On 05/1/2008 I purchased the so call ” Vip AutoPilot Mentor Profits+ System” for $497.
    For a full month I have not been able to do anything, the only things I got was a video explaining the system, well this is very short to explain all.

    I have been ask in this message “thanks for your purchase” to go slow and well understand the system which I did to be sure I will not make mistakes.

    On 06/1/2008 I finally got my domain name still from Fx Marketing Inc. (Keith Wellman) and fill up the data part in order to get my web site set up. I was really excited even though it took so long. Few days past and nothing coming so I resubmitted the same data!
    Few days more and again a third time without any result. I decided to post a ticket, it took few day for a reply and after few ticket posts exchange they ask me to submit manually through the ticket posting all my data in order to get my web site with a promise that it will be set before the end of the week (two in fact!!!).

    I did this and a reply told me to expect to wait 6 days more (not two days anylonger!!!) and they decided to reset my 60 days up to that day on. I complain that it was promised this week, so it happened, in two days :)

    Then my web site was set up but nothing was working correctly, there is no link, no clue to get into my website to set up squeeze page etc…

    The worst is that there is no link after payment to get the download page and this worry me, as if anyone pays and cannot get its download I will be running into trouble, no?!

    I posted at least 8 mails in 3 different tickets, but for a week or so no reply ever.

    The worst is that I had two mentoring calls of 30´so I wanted to have someone to help me directly on line and I set up my first appointment to no avail, no phone call came at the appointed hour. I thought that may be I made a mistake somewhere in my data which I review but all was OK. I reschedule next day a call again for mentoring, again to no avail, and next day a third time again without any more results!!!

    I checked again to reschedule a call and guess what my twice 30´mentoring are gone for ever even though I NEVER EVER GOT A CALL. That is a great business, some kind of a scam which take money but with no support mentoring at all, the worst I ever got in my life (56 years) .

    I requested a full refund but up to today, to no avail….

    So as a short in 50 days still nothing is working and far from expected $3000 in the month!

    Well I decided to go and post a note in “Ripoff reports” expecting that may be a reply will come, may be a call for apology or both with a full refund, but I still wait….

    It is a shame to make as said that much money and not even able to have a support team up to the customers expectations. I have a master degrees in International Trades & International Logistics and the first thing we learn is to have a customer service able to withstand the frustration of the customers and able to reply ASAP by phone if any technical issues come, but this cost money so….it is easier not to reply and wait a while and refund some in a filtered basis, cost less I guess…

    The system implemented is really good but how can I trust a businessman like this, I cannot unless he apologize and call me a reset my two 30´monitoring and show me that he cares for his customers!?

    If he wants great result it could be easy, I have experience in this matter, he could hire me and give me a trial. I promise him to work for 60 days and implement a hot desk up to customer expectation and this for a little cost besides to coordinate and to optimize his system in order that customers do no get any longer frustration and to refund him all my income if any issue last more than a week :)

    That is a good deal, worth as much as his 60 days refund policy, no!?

    I really know how to do implement this and am very effective but if he hires people who do not know anything then it will be failing, and will have a so call “butterfly business” which is a no lasting one!!!

    This is just a quick update to inform everyone about Keith Wellman’s refund. After posting my reply to this forum on 06/20/2008 about finally talking to Wellman, as of this date, I still have not received my promised refund.

    I was willing to back-off after his promise, but now I’m going to make a more than concerted effort to expose this guy and his lies. He’s absolutely full of B.S., and I’m sorry to express myself this way, but what do you do when it really is the truth. He’s had more than ample time to refund my money, but I guess I wasn’t important enough (as a customer)to act on his promise.

    Too bad Keith… you really can’t understand the unpopular magnitude of people’s distrust for you and FX Marketing now!

    Once again, thanks everyone for still sticking to your guns!

    It have been 2 hard month and caused lot of stress.
    I did lose abt. $20 in paypal fees and $250 in lawyer fees.
    But the most important thing… i got my refund.

    Thanks Keith for doing whats best for both.
    Its time to move on and work on what we like to do

    First of all I want to let all know that Keith Wellman refunded all my $497 and no question asked, after my post in this Warrior forum!!!

    I did not have to go to a lawyer neither to do anything in the legal way, but only to write him directly to his personal E-mail I just FOUND IN THIS WARRIOR FORUM.

    I post an E-mail directly to him and he answered about one hour later.

    I’m happy to report that I received my refund to my credit card today, less than a week after emailing Hollis and Marc with a polite-but-firm request. (My earlier message to the support desk produced no reply apart from the auto-acknowledgment.)

    It ended up costing me a bit due to credit card currency conversion rates and fees, but I’m just glad to have the bulk of the funds back and be able to move on.

    I just found this site and am glad I did. I am also a very unhappy customer of Keith Wellman’s program. I have had nothing but frustration with his autopilot fx program. How can people do business this way? It is mind boggling!! Please add me to your refund list.
    I just asked again today for a refund. Lets see what happens, before taking legal action! Would appreciate your feedback! would appreciate knowing about the warrior forum, as well. thanks

    Well, Sadly to say - please add me to your list. I too thought I was a savvy web shopper and knew more about internet marketing. I am on Rich Schefren’s list and Mike Filsaime’s list, but thought that I would try Keith’s $497 autopilot (as with most everyone, I am on a very tight budget) well I guess the saying is true - you get what you pay for. BUt in my case that has been nothing! In fact, when I logged in to have the so called teleseminar, it did not work and I was promised I would be sent a link to the call the next day - after waiting 2 days and still not getting a link - I emailed and about 2 weeks later finally got the link to the call. It does not work. I still do not have any instructions to my site, and I have requested a refund. We will see how that goes. Wish me luck. Thanks Jackie

    ” I’m Sea Randall-Searand-Charles Randy. They are legitimate posts and I’m not sure why all my different names came up other than the many different e-mail addresses I have. Just wanted to clarify that.

    Well as of this date 07/29/08, still no refund! I’ve forgotten to mention that I had an e-mail from Hollis Carter dating back to 06/18/08, two days before Wellman contacted me by telephone, and his message states:

    you should see your refund with in 5-7 business days. :)

    I am sorry you had issues, we do try to deliver the highest quality services, but we ran in to a few issues that tied up allot of time for us.

    Hope we can work together in the future.

    I copied this directly from my “Private Message” area of the Warrior Forum. This guy makes the same promises as Wellman and it appears he’s no better at concocting tall tales.

    Wow! Its amazing how many people have complaints. I have been trying for a refund for about 5-6 months now. Hey if somebody has the personal email address to Keith Wellman I would appreciate it. I got an email address from a major internet marketer and all i got back was, Thats not me its another keith wellman. What a joke. The person I got the email address from would not give me a bad email address. Well I sent another of the 20-30 messages to the support asking for a refund and here is what I got today.

    I also received 3 confirmation emails that my credit card had been refunded. 2 from a different email address then the noreply and one from Keith Wellman’s email address.

    I must admit that I do find it diffcult to understand why a professional businessman would have a gmail email account to conduct business.

    I know I read someone was looking for an email address for Keith Wellman and I would gladly share it, but I’m new to this and don’t know if it’s okay to post them here or not.

    Peter, if you could contact me directly I could give them to you and you could forward them to the appropriate party if that’s allowed. Or if someone would let me know it’s alright to post them here I will.

    BTW, I sent 29 emails and opened 29 tickets to them just today to get them to take action. I also responded 3 or 4 times to each ticket that was opened.
