So is 26 H an NLP style motivational tool?
Whilst there are some excellent qualities you can take from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), they have little to do with 26 H. Whilst 26 H can help you to follow and implement those qualities, it does not teach you those steps itself. Those come from another aspect of 26 H.
