You HAVE been labelled a spammer and you do not even know it!

AFAIC the Internet is now officially in CRISIS!

This is the most important thing affecting every Internet user, let alone every Internet business, ever.

As far as I can remember, there has never been a more important issue which is most likely already affecting YOU!

You HAVE been labelled a spammer and you do not even know

• What this means is that many of your legitimate emails are not be being delivered, even to your friends, loved ones, or genuine clients, who want to hear from you. They may have even PAID to hear from you, if you run any sort of subscription or alert system based on email.
• What this means is that whoever hosts your account, will be getting complaints against you, and at some time will cut you off, without notice, or warning, and it is incredibly difficult to get turned back on. Even with absolute proof.

I KNOW I just spent the last 60 hours having 151 domain names restored, because of one single “automatic” incident!

• What this means is that is you host with a service that mandates the domain name registration (like 1&1) or include sit FREE in the deal, you may even lose your domain name as well.
• What this means is that you will lose YOUR data. Your databases. Your settings. our clients information. Unless you backup your database to the minute, you will lose data. If you only backup every month, you will lose an entire months trading records and client data.
• What this means is that you could lose all track of who paid, who didn’t pay, who owns what, their license numbers, their contact details.
• If you host other peoples data, yes even a forum, or articles they have written, or even blog comments, you risk losing their data, and they will not be pleased, nor probably come back, ever.
• What this means that if you run any web services, such as CRM, ecommerce shops, membership sites, clubs, forums (all your forum messages), your BBS, your portal, your video portal, your auction scripts, anything at all which is DYNAMIC and database driven, YOUR HELP DESK!, the list goes on.

We are now all SO dependent on database driven stuff, no one can afford to lose their hosting over SPAM.

• The public humiliation you may face, from being labelled a spammer and having your web presence openly tarnished, could cause major damage to your brand and reputation, perhaps irretrievably.
• What this means is that an evil competitor could fairly easily use this as a black hat technique, to put you out of business, in about 17 minutes.

You may think you are immune as, like any good person, you do not SPAM. You may have even paid for an AWEBER account. But AWEBER and other autoreponders do not solve this problem. What you don’t know is that you are and have been labelled a spammer. It’s only a question of time before this impacts in some way on your web presence. It could result in 100% shut down!

I am not yanking your chain. I’ve just had 60 hours of hell trying to resolve this and I did NOTHING wrong! Nothing! My host set up my account with this vulnerability as their default.

You may think you are immune, as you do not send spam, but you are not immune. Most hosting plans default setup is to MAKE YOU A SPAMMER. These are settings you obviously need to change.

I appreciate the furony.com in asking you to do that and I appreciate that you may think it is a list building trick to send you SPAM and to up sell you something.

Well there’s another core problem with the internet isn’t it! As it is not!
I just want to know if I am wasting my time trying to help people or not. Plus the solution to this major issue is going to require some MAJOR campaigning, surveys and public debate. It needs people LIKE YOU to actually say YES (or no) to stop this madness.

It will only take one major incident, on top of this, and it could ALL be over! Do you want 100% censorship and monitoring of all your communications?
