26H Day 6 of 26) So what does 26H do?

People waste an incredible amount of time pontificating, doubting themselves, what-if role playing, being distracted by everything except what they should be doing, and generally being unfocused. I’ve been there myself. Most of my life!

One X employer told me once, he had measured his sales staffs actual work time as 2 hours per day. Not because they were shirking! But because they were being occupied with customer service issues and distracted by other admin, politics, management cycles, and waiting for other people to react.
