I just realised that today was the 13th!

Despite it not being a Friday, and the fact I am not really superstitious, I normally stay low on a 13th, because quite often it goes wrong. Most likely it is because I am waiting and looking for it to go wrong, but that doesn’t change the facts. It often does.

If I’d remembered it was the 13th, I wouldn’t have done the CRAZY thing I did today!

Just so you don’t have sleepless day dreams, it worked out OK! YES I can hardly believe it myself.

I created a new product today, and with my DISEASE for buying domain names, I wanted the domain name to match, but it was taken, BUT it was for sale!

I’ll admit it was stupid, as it had no current worth, There was nothing to flip. No backlinks or Page Rank love, no fan base, no content to adopt. I just liked the name. LOL.

But it gets worse…

I could use an escrow domain name service like SEDO, or there was a CASH discount for using PayPal.

It was quite a lot of money! But something smelled reliable about this seller, so UNBELIEVABLY STUPIDLY I paid the cash via PayPal.

It was a really bad idea and not an example to follow. Had I known it was the 13th, I would at least have waited a day

But anyway, he was true to his word, and within one hour of paying, the domain name was hosted by me with my content on it. AMAZING!

It’s really great and inspiring when people do what they say they are going to do!

I could have lost a lot of money. Luckily I did not.

I do NOT advise you put it to the test yourself. Even if you are a gambling addict. But I am over the Jim Moon that I have the name I liked and that I didn’t lose all my money.

It was not a wise business investment as the name had no real value, other than I liked it. But sometimes “I” just need to go with what I feel. For me it was a great SIGN that this was a great idea to do.

I will announce it properly in the next few weeks. It needs a video to do it justice. And YES there will be a HUGE early adopter discount. And YES you WILL want this, if you are in business. It is that cool a product. And YES there s an affiliate scheme too, so you can share the love.

Of course it could have so easily gone the other way and I would probably have killed the product in a bad mood. I still can’t believe i did it. And god job I didn’t know it was the 13th
