I surprise myself with this presentation of “The Missing 4th Step - making sense of Frank Kerns Back To Selling Basics video”

It’s amazing how easy it is to drop the ball!

You Tube has come such along way since the last time I took 5 minutes to look at it seriously.

Inspired by my latest product (VennListt) I was faced with having a video trailer and no where to call video marketing home.

Then I remembered my You Tube video marketing channel

Let me just stress that I don’t see video marketing as a way to flog stuff. That is the cheesy Internet Marketing hype where some people think they can make a quick buck stealing a funny video clip and sticking an affiliate link all over it. (SIC).

What I’m talking about is marketing using the video format and channel.

And marketing doesn’t really mean selling. Marketing in it’s true form is finding out what the market “wants” and making it available. Selling per se comes after that in the infrastrucure of distribution.

I will explain more later of how I think video marketing will come of age, after the IM crew realise it isn’t an opportunity to spam search engines and people.
